UBG’s Principal Owner, Hubie Gallagher, has over 35 years’ experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management. Mr. Gallagher’s career includes EHS positions at the plant level, multi-plant (regional) and corporate level with small, mid-sized and large manufacturing companies. Mr. Gallagher is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM).
